Terms & Conditions:

• Custom orders usually have a lead time of 1-2 months depending on felt availability. If you should not receive your custom order, without any update on extended lead time due to supply issues, Brahma Hats allows for a full refund on your deposit.
• With custom creation orders, our artists do their best to meet your needs. We make an effort to communicate prior to shipping, so if you would like to make an alteration, please inform us prior to shipping.
• Brahma Hats offers lifetime reshaping & cleaning. Please communicate with us prior to sending us your "tune-up". As we do not charge for repairs/cleaning on all of our own hats, we do require the customer to pay for the shipping fees.
